Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ceremony London cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
